We at the Small Farms Conservancy are most fortunate to count amongst our friends and supporters members of the rock band Phish who graciously invited the Conservancy to have two display booths at their blow out Halloween Festival 8 in Indio, California.

They also made it possible for Rose Friedman and Justin Lander, of Modern Times Theater in Vermont, to fly out and perform live at the festival – utilizing the beauty and intelligence of street theater to make a case for small farms.

Jon and Briar Fishman, of Phish, are on the Conservancy’s founders board and are seriously committed to the goals and work of the Small Farms Conservancy. The Fishman’s farm in New England.
